No, the Escape Lounge is open to everyone regardless of the airline or class of service flown.
Children are permitted in the lounge. Children aged 24 months and over will pay the standard entry price. Children aged 23 months and under enter the lounge free of charge. You must email or call the lounge to inform us if you are bringing a child aged under 23 months.
We currently offer daily memberships.
Our US Lounges are now cashless! Payment is available by card only.
Yes, you can pay by either cash or card on arrival at the lounge.
All major credit cards are accepted. All sales are final.
The Lounge dress code is smart/casual. Gentlemen's shoulders must be covered at all times. Shorts must be tailored and of reasonable length. Sports attire is not acceptable, football and rugby shirts must be covered. Matching attire (such as hen or stag items), fancy dress, onesies, pyjamas, personalised items or any other items that may cause offence to other lounge users are not permitted.
The dress code in the lounge is smart casual. You should avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, shorts above the knee, and men must keep their shoulders covered. Reasonable behavior is expected from all Escape lounge guests – Lounge manager and staff have the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave. This is at the discretion of the Lounge staff. In such cases, a refund would not be available.
The lounge also expects reasonable behaviour from all its guests - lounge staff do have the right to not let someone in, or to ask them to leave, if they have any concerns. In such cases, a refund wouldn't be available.

The Escape Lounge has a range of delicious, complimentary, prepared snacks and beverages available from the menu. For breakfast, you can help yourself to a selection of cereals and pastries, or maybe try some delicious yogurt.
During the rest of the day, you can feast upon some light snacks, including sandwiches, salads, quiches, pasties and soups. There's also the option of upgrading your food for an extra cost, so you can order delicious meals.

We welcome passengers travelling on business or pleasure from any airline and any ticket class. We also accept passengers from DragonPass, Diners Club, Holiday Extras, Lounge Pass, Lounge Club, Lounge Key and Priority Pass – with access to each of our airport lounges subject to availability on the day of arrival.

We allow complimentary access to all U.S. Escape Lounges for American Express' Platinum Card® Members.
Groups numbering over six wishing to use the lounge facilities must receive prior authorisation from the lounge before booking. Should you wish to make a booking for more than six passengers, please telephone 0800 042 0213. We are unable to guarantee that groups will be seated together.
It's very simple! Collect 7 stamps and we will send you a code to get your 8th visit absolutely free.
1) Pick up a loyalty card in the lounge and get a stamp each time you visit
2) When you have a full card hand this to our team in the lounge and a code will be sent to you. Please note, during very busy periods, this may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
3) The code has to be used on the website to redeem your free entry. The code is not valid if not used to make a pre-booking.
